All Social Downloader collects only the information needed to operate the web download flow, subscription access, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and support.

Submitted URLs may be processed to prepare available media options. All Social Downloader does not host downloaded media files on its servers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

To check Web Pro access, we may associate a browser device identifier with Stripe checkout and subscription records. This is used for subscription access and billing support.

Support form messages are sent to our support inbox and may include your message, optional reply email, page URL, device identifier, and browser user agent so we can troubleshoot.

Diagnostic and usage data may be used to improve reliability, detect abuse, and understand product performance. You can contact support for privacy questions or account access help.
